Why 90% Of Nigerian Local Foods Will NEVER EVER Burn Fat Totally.

Now we are getting somewhere. We have been able to discuss the Number 1 reason we are unable to burn fat permanently.

We have also discussed the real culprit behind how fat accumulates in our body.

But before I continue, I would like to start off with something I came across the Internet from a Nigerian Weight Loss site

I personally don’t know how he or she got the Information, but the author made a claim that Carbohydrates are the reason why we become fat.

Later on the same article, it talks about Good Carbohydrate and Bad Carbohydrate.

Well, I’m sorry to let you know that; there is NOTHING like that.

What we have are processed carbohydrates, which has been stripped off its nutritional value and natural carbohydrates, found in our daily foods. And under natural carbohydrates, we have simple and complex carbohydrates.

Carbohydates are a part of your balanced diet. If you cut down them off your daily food, then where would get energy from? From the holy spirit?

A very good example of where we can find natural carbohydrates is Beans.

Do you know that Beans contains Carbohydrates? Yes, the very Beans you eat contains 24g of Carbohydrate, while it only has 7.1g of proteins per 100g serving!

OH my bad. You didn’t know that right? That is because most weight loss experts care-less about good research. Maybe it would be leaving it for those who register in the Weight BLAST OFF Coaching Program

But here is the thing about beans; most people tend to have running stomach the moment they take any form of Beans as a meal.

Now if it is part of the ebook weight loss program that you have bought, how do you overcome that allergy?

This is just one of the little secret I would be shedding light on for those who join the Weight Blast-OFF Full Coaching Program.

Concerning this same Beans, leads us to the title of the the report you are reading; Why 90% of Nigerian Local Foods Will NEVER EVER Burn Fat

The answer to that is not far fetched.

Most of our Local meals are prepared with some special kind of Natural Obesity Enhancers

That Natural Obesity Enhancers Are;

PALM OIL & GROUNDNUT OIL (LOCAL ORORO)

Palm & Groundnut Oil has been discovered to contain 79% and 60% of saturated fat respectively. Saturated fats are fats which are difficult for the body to convert quickly into energy and tend to increase blood cholesterol.

If not burnt via exercising on time, it remains in the body as fat and the calories also converts into the same fat while the cholesterol goes straight into the heart.

THAT IS A DOUBLE DOSE OF FAT IN YOUR BODY & REALLY BAD FOR YOUR HEART!

Research has also discovered that 1 table spoon of palm oil contains 130 calories.

So if, for instance, you cook beans with let’s say 10 spoons of palm oil, you have digested about ….

10 X 130 Calories = 1300 Calories

And guess what? You would still eat more foods the same day that contain calories.

That would be ok, but when it becomes a problem is; you eat and you don’t burn the calories off the body by engaging in activities that consumes more of your energy

Those calories, later on, will be converted into fat, that same fat which you are having right now.

So please, don’t remain deceived of this truth;

FAT WILL REMAIN FAT & CALORIES NOT BURNT WILL CONVERT TO FAT, ALL IN YOUR BODY, BELLY & EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE. PERIOD.

Or Would You Like Me To Mention Our Local Foods

- Jollof Rice (Made With ORORO)

- Banga Soup & Starch (Both Made With Palm Oil)

- Egusi Soup & FUFU (Egusi itself already has oil in addition to the Palm Oil

- Fried Plantain (ORORO all the way)

- Akara (ORORO)

- Boiled Yam & Palm Oil

- Rice & Stew Made With ORORO

- Vegetable Soup/Stew (Palm Oil or ORORO)

I’m very sure that these foods I have mentioned are little compared to the vast list of our local foods.

But if you look at these foods, they can also be termed as Carbohydrates too.

So why do some people blame Carbohydrates as the culprits of stubborn belly and body fat.

Simple; Carbohydrates are more complex molecule consisting of longer chains of simple sugars. Carbohydrates turns into sugar once in gets into the body. And too much sugar make you fat.

But how come? Because sugar is a sweetener with high amounts of CALORIES, thereby making you take in more of it.

So do you see that CALORIES is still involved no matter what.

But not all sugar contains High Amount Of Calories. For a fact, there is one type of sugar you should run away from totally.

Sadly, that is the type of sugar we Nigerians love the most. That is one that we can find in these foods and treats below;
