They contain an enzyme inhibitor that neutralizes digestive enzymes. I would think a nutrition "expert" would know this? But you lost my support at "Soymilk"..OH and unless you soak sprout or ferment the grains, (Oatmeal and buckwheat included) you aren’t going to be able to digest them. joniboniMon, 03 Aug 2009 14:41:16 +0000http://nutritionquestions.org/nutrition/what-is-the-difference-in-feed-nutrition-and-diet#comment-460Diet - Food and drink regularly provided or consumed b: habitual nourishment c: the kind and amount of food prescribed for a person or animal for a special reason d: a regimen of eating and drinking sparingly so as to reduce one''s weight.

Feed - To supply with something essential for growth, maintenance, or operation.

Nutrition - The process of nourishing or being nourished, especially the process by which a living organism assimilates food and uses it for growth and for replacement of tissues.

The science or study that deals with food and nourishment, especially in humans.

OK, they are all very similar and speak to the same subject so if you are looking for the difference, I I guess you will have to be more specific with the question .

I think of a diet as what you eat and nutrition as what is in the food we eat (as in chemical makeup like vitamins, proteins, sugars and so on..) and feed, well that''s something I do as a verb. I feed people, animals and myself.Diet - Food and drink regularly provided or consumed b: habitual nourishment c: the kind and amount of food prescribed for a person or animal for a special reason d: a regimen of eating and drinking sparingly so as to reduce one’s weight.

joemann797Mon, 03 Aug 2009 08:30:59 +0000http://nutritionquestions.org/nutrition/diet-soda-makes-people-fat-clinical-nutrition#comment-277It''s not the sweetener that''s making people fat, it''s the addiction that makes people fat. Artificial Sweeteners make people MORE addicted to real sugars. I was reading an article that these artificial sweeteners have a similar effect as MSG. If anyone doesn''t know, MSG makes you ''more addicted'' to food. If you want to lose weight, try avoiding artificial sweeteners, MSG, high fructose corn syrup, and you''ll do much better. It’s not the sweetener that’s making people fat, it’s the addiction that makes people fat.
